Mrs. Chaplin, our Risk and Projects Administrator, plays a pivotal role in our Trust by managing the central risk register, incorporating inputs from all schools to ensure comprehensive risk oversight. She organises trust-wide risk working party meetings and oversees RPA risk training for our Executive Leadership Team, ensuring high levels of preparedness and compliance. Additionally, Mrs. Chaplin leads critical ad hoc projects, including our Trust's rebranding efforts, showcasing her adaptability and dedication to our strategic objectives. Her work is essential in maintaining a secure and forward-looking environment across the Trust
