🔹 Pro-Social Rewards & Experiences – Our pro-social rewards system provides enriching experiences and opportunities like ‘CEO for the Day’ and careers fairs to increase Cultural Capital
🔹 Expanding Possibilities Through Leadership – We empower pupils by expanding opportunities through the Pupil Senate, ensuring they have a voice and can influence their education.
🔹 Driving Progress & Accountability – The CEO-led pupil progress discussions hold schools to account, ensuring every Pupil Premium child receives the focus and support needed to accelerate progress.
🔹 Enhancing Teaching Quality – Our central teacher works with staff to develop their teaching skills, ensuring high-quality classroom experiences for all pupils.
🔹 Improving Attendance – Our Central Attendance Officer analyses attendance data and works closely with families and schools to identify barriers and implement targeted support to improve pupil attendance.
🔹 Ongoing Professional Development – We provide:
- Centrally run CPD snapshots to promote sound teaching practices.
- A comprehensive CPD offer is available to all staff.
- Access to data analysis tools to inform and improve teaching strategies.
- A central Maths CPD lead and ECT lead to support staff in delivering high-quality learning.
