Our dedicated estates team is on a mission to transform lives through safe, bright, and inviting working environments. Whatever the challenges are, our goal remains the same. We believe continuous improvements to all our sites plays a huge part in us providing schools for every child.

A strong central team ensure there is personalised training opportunities and ongoing support, this has elevated the confidence and capabilities of our staff. As a result, our classrooms are vibrant hubs of learning, and our teachers feel more equipped to address the diverse needs of our children. Staff feel valued, supported, and encouraged to help each other to achieve the best outcomes for the children.

Our Primary School years set our mindset for life- we need to feel valued, unique, and worthwhile and be provided with the tools to reach our goals. Our Trust seeks to inspire every child to seek challenge, share success and accept that we are all different and special in our own ways; ready to listen, happy to share- celebrate together and be the best that we can be.

I am delighted to share my experience working in the office for Wyburn’s and our other trust schools. It’s not just a workplace: it’s a vibrant community where every day feels like a new adventure. Our team is dedicated to creating a warm and welcoming environment for both pupils and families. Joining our trust means becoming part of a supportive family where learning is not only educational but also filled with joy, camaraderie, and diversity.

There are many benefits to working for and joining the Trust. With strong leadership and a central team that is always there to listen and support, it has meant there is a sense of working in partnership and collaboration across the Trust to enhance school development. The central team of the Trust are committed to the vision of enabling all pupils to flourish and succeed, as well as developing all staff that work for the trust so that they too flourish. As well as this, each school is nutrued, valued and most importantly encouraged to maintain its autonomy so that we are able to meet the needs of the pupils in our communities. There are many members of the Trust, who are experts in different fields, and this means there is always someone with the expertise to draw upon no matter your role without judgement. Being able to be in a Trust where you can do this allows for staff to develop confidence and knowledge. It has also been a pleasure to work with different people; building relationships in all of the schools and being able to laugh with each other!
